    You'll start by picking a modality. Tap the [i] icon next to each option to read a short description.
  2. Set Your Session Time
    Most users find that 10 minutes is a good starting point.

Tips for getting the most out of your session

Be Open
Share what’s happening for you. Your conversation isn’t stored.

Ask for Clarification
If something isn’t clear, say so—your therapist will adjust.

If Something Feels Off
Correct the therapist; they’ll align with you.

Using the controls
  • 🎤 Mic: press once to record, press again to send. You’ll see “Sending your message…” then “Your therapist is thinking…” in the timer bar.
  • 🔊 Voice: read replies aloud (voice speed follows the typing speed).
  • 🏃 Typing Speed: opens a slider in the timer bar. This controls both on-screen typing speed and voice speed.
  • Message box: type your message, press Enter or tap Send to send.
